Serving West Oakland, OCLPA, is a a nurturing infant to preschool center. With the help of Little People Academies, we were able to open our doors in January 2022 in response to the high demand from parents seeking exceptional infant and quality child care.  As a non-profit, the OCCC is proud to provide care to a wide variety of families in Oakland!
