The Oak Center Cultural Center (OCCC) is a long-standing nonprofit organization rooted in West Oakland, dedicated to empowering families and strengthening community through education, wellness, and the arts. For over forty years, the OCCC has served as a trusted hub for creative expression, cultural celebration, and family support.

 Today, OCCC continues its legacy through the integration of early learning, arts and cultural enrichment, and vital family resources that foster growth, wellness, and belonging. Throughout its history, the center has offered programs in education, tutoring, mentoring, the arts, drug prevention, community childcare, health and fitness, life skills, and job training. We will always strive to empower families and strengthen the West Oakland community.
